2.4GHz Wireless Rear View Car Monitor
Installation Location and Function
The display core of the solution is the wireless rear view monitor, which is installed on the forklift truck driver’s platform. The monitor has a built-in 128GB memory card and is capable of recording camera images in real time. In the event of an accidental collision, the operator can use the monitor to trace back the event in real time, providing strong support for accurate analysis of the accident.
Power Support and Voltage Reduction Components
In order to adapt to different forklift power supply specifications, the solution supports 12-24V forklift power supply. If the forklift power supply voltage is too high, users can also install an additional voltage reduction component to ensure the stable operation of the system.
Wireless Forklift Camera
Installation position and function
The wireless forklift camera is magnetically mounted on the forklift arm to provide the operator with high-definition front view. The specially designed infrared LED lights, through irradiation, present infrared laser ruler lines on the monitor screen. This design provides a clear picture of the front when the fork full of goods obscures the driving vision in front, and at the same time, through the change of the red laser line, it enables the driver to judge the approximate distance to the obstacles in front.
Wireless Transmission Technology
The whole programme adopts 2.4GHz wireless transmission technology, which completely gets rid of the cumbersome wiring. The monitor is connected to the forklift truck power supply, while the forklift truck camera has a built-in battery, which only needs to be removed for charging after use, which greatly facilitates the installation and maintenance of the system.
Optional Rear blind spot monitoring and reversing camera
In order to improve the operator’s field of vision more comprehensively, the solution also provides the option of rear blind spot monitoring. Users can add an additional wireless reversing camera to the solution. The monitor screen supports a 2-split display, which allows the operator to view the front and rear images at the same time when required, improving the overall perception of the surroundings. When the forklift is put into reverse gear, the monitor will display the rear screen of the forklift in full screen and provide a reverse guide line, which further improves the safety of the reverse operation.
